Some services are free or subsidized; others are paid. Pricing for paid services is listed on our Pricing page or communicated directly at the time of booking.

3. Eligibility and Minors

Our services are intended for students and young people, many of whom may be under 18. Where a user is a minor, a parent or guardian must consent to registration, participation, and any payment on the minor's behalf. By registering a minor for our services, you confirm you are their parent, guardian, or have authority to act on their behalf.

4. Payments

Payments for paid services are processed through Paystack, a third-party payment processor supporting M-Pesa, cards, and other methods. We do not store your full card or M-Pesa credentials. 5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we are committed to providing high-quality mentorship, tutoring, and coaching, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to grade improvements, scholarship awards, university admissions, or job placements. Our services are designed to support and improve your chances of success, not to guarantee a particular result.

7. User Conduct

You agree to engage respectfully with our mentors, tutors, staff, and fellow students. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for conduct that is abusive, fraudulent, or that violates these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curricula, and content provided as part of our programs remain the intellectual property of Beta Mentor Africa unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our materials without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, Beta Mentor Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
